Providing an excellent customer experience is at the heart of our delivery approach and this role is a critical element in delivering that service. You will be the first point of contact for clients arriving at our delivery centres and therefore a key ambassador for both the organisation and the service. You will meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring that they sign in and understand the facilities available and how to use them. You will manage attendance records, liaising with other centre staff and the central services team to follow up on missed appointments. You will be responsible for managing the delivery centres petty cash and supporting clients with fares, expenses claims, dealing with general queries and signposting to other staff members where necessary. You will support the Business Manager to administer the centre delivery timetable, managing room bookings and ensuring the centre is well presented and the necessary equipment and resources are in place.
