Customer Solution Specialist

The Customer Solution Specialist will primarily work with our prospective International customers to facilitate their evaluation of the BrightWork solution. You will be a trusted advisor and problem solver helping the prospective customer to decide if BrightWork is the right solution or not. This role requires a solid understanding of SharePoint, the ability to understand customer needs and problem solve, and follow the BrightWork solution process. Duties will include listening to and questioning prospective customers to really understand their Project Management needs. Answering BrightWork and SharePoint functionality questions and answering basic commercial questions. Delivering compelling demonstrations of the BrightWork solution on SharePoint. to customer evaluation teams, including to senior management. Assisting the prospective customer to identify the proof points required to complete a successful evaluation of BrightWork.
