Responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and developing all aspects of a Task Based Learning (TBL) academic programme, including the management of the teaching team and their performance. This is a demanding management position carrying a high degree of responsibility Responsibilities: Establish and maintain open communications with staff,clients and management. Maintain accurate staff records. Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of teaching in the school. Review academic policies, curriculum documents and schemes of work ensuring delivery of TBL. Hold regular staff meetings. Recruitment and induction (staff and students). Be familiar with the accreditation bodies guidelines ensuring academic management achieves and maintains these standards. Advise, guide and monitor the delivery of the T.I.E exam. Be responsible for academic resources and equipment.
