The Station House Hotel, Kilmessan, County Meath are recruiting for a Banqueting/Duty Manager. The successful candidate will manage and take full responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel. Applicants should have 2 years minimum experience as a Banqueting/ Duty Manager or Head of Department with an emphasis the wedding market at 3* or 4* level. Excellent personal presentation skills are required along with a positive can do attitude. Thorough knowledge of food and Beverage outlet operations including food, beverages supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction. Position Requirements: Leaving Certificate, culinary, sales and service background required. Extensive experience in restaurant. Experience/Qualifications: Ability to lead and motivate the team. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent Customer Service skills. Ability to work under pressure. Well presented. Positive attitude and good communication skills.
