Person required for position of Customer Service Representative. Working in the Client Services Team, the successful individual will be responsible for all initial face to face contact with customers, ensuring that clients have all the necessary information and materials and managing the Test Centre. A minimum of 2 years professional experience required. Excellent phone manner, excellent English (written and spoken). IT Skills, (email, sharepoint, internet and excel). Applicants must have an outgoing professional manner.
