This role will suit an experienced individual as an Office Administrator and Operations Controller in a small passenger transport company. The successful applicant will be involved in a range of duties including accounts, payroll, sales, marketing, book keeping, co-ordination, compliance and dealing with clients over the telephone and e mail. This position is a job share position and is for five half days per week. Training will be given which may initially require full time attendance for a period. Office hours 0900 to 1300 and 1400 to 1730 Monday to Friday. The candidate will need to show excellent people skills and experience in dealing with clients will be required. A background in finance / accounts would be an advantage - experience in MS Excel / Sage Accounts & Quickpay payroll system are essential.
